How to apply?
To obtain the grant, you must follow these steps:
1. Conduct an Energy Audit
The first step is to have your property assessed by a certified auditor. This professional evaluates the building’s condition and creates a detailed renovation plan, specifying the order and recommended methods for the works.
2. Submit a Grant Application
After the audit, you can begin the administrative steps to apply for the grant. This includes submitting your funding application.
3. Carry Out and Document the Works
During the renovations, it’s crucial to take photos documenting the progress. You can do this yourself or ask your contractor to do it for you. These photos must be included in your dossier to verify that the works align with the initial project.
4. Finalise Your Application
After completing the works, you must submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the competent administration. If your application file is compliant, the grant will be awarded to you.
